Why CrossFit?

CrossFit is designed to improve the 10 General Physical Skills including: speed, endurance, agility, strength, power, accuracy, stamina, balance, flexibility, and coordination. CrossFit itself is defined as that which optimizes fitness (constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity). High intensity workouts burn the most fat and calories.
